About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow platform enhancements, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement automation and scripting solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Manage cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipelines, ensuring secure, high‑performance connectivity.
- Apply DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and monitoring for ServiceNow releases.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge transfer to junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform engineering or similar enterprise platform roles.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Flow Designer.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
