About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end IoT service lifecycle, from design to retirement, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to define service SLAs, incident response plans, and improvement initiatives.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and DevOps pipelines, automating deployments and monitoring for rapid issue resolution.
- Lead root‑cause analysis, post‑mortem reviews, and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, translating technical requirements into actionable service enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IoT service management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (IoT Core, Lambda, CloudWatch) and DevOps tooling (CI/CD, containerization).
- Proven track record of managing SLAs, incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional team leadership.
