Service Engineer responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT and office automation equipment, including printers and photocopiers, while delivering on‑site technical support to ensure client systems run smoothly.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware and software systems for clients.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on printers, photocopiers, and related office equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide on‑site technical support and training to end users.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of equipment status.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field; freshers welcome.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and office automation devices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
