Service Engineer 2 responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft Digital services using Azure, PowerShell, and Linux environments. Focus on high‑availability, performance, and secure operations across large‑scale cloud infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents affecting Azure‑hosted services, ensuring minimal downtime and SLA compliance.
- Automate routine tasks and deployments with PowerShell and Azure CLI, improving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor system health, analyze logs, and proactively identify performance bottlenecks.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and contribute to knowledge base for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPN, and load balancing.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Grafana) and incident management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
