Service Desk Engineer - Renovision Automation Services Pvt. Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails professionally, gathering detailed information to diagnose issues.
• Log, prioritize, and own tickets in the ticketing system, following a logical, methodical workflow.
• Determine appropriate solutions or work‑arounds and apply them, escalating to L2 support when necessary.
• Communicate scheduled or major service outages to stakeholders and track follow‑up actions.
• Identify recurring incidents, document root causes, and recommend preventive measures to service management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a service‑desk or IT support role.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with ticketing platforms and ITIL‑based incident management processes.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of issues, and collaborate with L2 teams.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional, courteous phone and email demeanor.
