Provide remote and onsite technical support for Microsoft‑based environments, troubleshooting Windows workstations and servers, managing Active Directory, and assisting users with Office 365 and networking issues.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line support for Windows workstations and server operating systems, both remotely and onsite.
- Diagnose and resolve application installation issues, Office 365 problems, and user access concerns.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline incident resolution.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN, and other networking components.
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge‑base articles to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a help‑desk or network administration role supporting Microsoft environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent communication skills, self‑motivation, and a customer‑service mindset.
