Requirements
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce.com, specializing in Service Cloud.
- Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce projects with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong skills in Salesforce administration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent are highly desirable.
