SEO and Web Development Specialist focused on driving search rankings, site performance, and conversion rates through keyword research, technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and collaborative website development.
This is a remote position.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for growth
Optimize on-page elements like titles, meta tags, internal links, and content structure
Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes to enhance site health and visibility
Develop backlink strategies and manage citations for local SEO improvement
Implement and manage schema markup for enhanced SERP results
Ensure websites are fast, mobile-optimized, secure, and visually aligned with brand identity
Update WordPress/Shopify sites including plugins, themes, and structural improvements
Improve user experience (UX), layout, and site navigation
Track and enhance website performance metrics and core web vitals
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and campaign content
Execute A/B tests to improve conversions across key pages and CTAs
Deliver four high-quality blog posts and four email/text campaigns monthly
Post weekly Google Business Profile (GBP) service updates with compelling copy and visuals
Monitor performance using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console
Deliver monthly SEO and campaign reports with actionable insights
Build quarterly and yearly strategic plans to boost ROI and growth
Manage freelancers and vendors to meet project deadlines and ensure quality deliverables
Requirements
Proven experience in SEO and website development
Proficiency with WordPress, Shopify, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GoHighLevel
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and technical SEO
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
