The SEO and Web Analytics Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving organic growth and improving digital performance, with a strong focus on lead and pipeline generation. This role combines technical SEO, on-page and content optimization, and advanced web analytics. The position owns measurement strategy, GA4 configuration and governance, SEO tooling, and executive reporting that connects website performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B software and hands-on expertise working in Drupal environments.
Responsibilities
SEO Strategy, Execution, and Performance
• Own the organic search roadmap across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content recommendations, and internal linking
• Define and deliver quarterly SEO growth plans tied to business priorities such as product lines, solutions, and regions
• Manage keyword and topic strategies, content briefs, and competitive analysis using SEMrush
Technical SEO and Drupal
• Partner with WebDev and platform teams to implement technical SEO improvements in Drupal environments
• Manage templates, schema, modules, structured data, indexation controls, XML sitemaps, redirects, canonicalization, and hreflang where applicable
• Maintain site health including crawlability, performance, Core Web Vitals, and duplicate content governance across large-scale websites
Web Analytics and Measurement
• Own GA4 configuration including event taxonomy, conversion definitions, channel grouping, and data quality governance
• Ensure consistent tracking across key user journeys such as downloads, demo requests, webinars, and partner referrals
• Maintain accurate documentation, QA processes, and tagging standards
Reporting and Insights • Build and maintain dashboards that connect SEO and web performance to engagement and conversion outcomes
• Deliver recurring executive reporting focused on trends, insights, risks, and actionable recommendations
• Translate data into clear priorities and business impact
Tool Ownership and Operations • Serve as primary owner of Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and related SEO tools
• Create repeatable reporting frameworks, monitoring processes, and documented SOPs
• Monitor indexation, performance, enhancements, and search opportunities in Search
