Lead technical SEO and AI‑answer engine optimization for a fully remote role, driving visibility across search engines, LLMs, and generative AI platforms using schema, analytics, and keyword strategy.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement structured data (schema markup) to improve crawlability and indexation.
- Optimize content for AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and generative AI platforms (Claude, Copilot) to enhance visibility in LLM outputs.
- Develop and execute keyword strategies that align with both traditional search and AI‑driven discovery.
- Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, and advanced crawl tools, providing actionable insights and reporting.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure brand citations and LLM references are accurate and consistent.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a strong technical focus.
- Deep understanding of how search crawlers and large language models discover, rank, and surface content.
- Experience optimizing for AI answer engines and generative AI platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable SEO strategies.
