About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate manufacturing process plans for Sentinel staff systems, ensuring alignment with design intent and quality requirements.
- Conduct Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to identify and mitigate production risks.
- Apply Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies to reduce defects, improve throughput, and lower cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to integrate manufacturability into early product development.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing systems engineering within aerospace or high‑tech industry.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and process simulation software.
- Strong knowledge of FMECA, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
