Devops Engineer
Senior DevOps Engineer driving secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and automated pipelines for defense-critical systems using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mission‑critical applications, ensuring rapid, reliable delivery.
- Provision and manage AWS resources using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other IaC tools to support scalable, secure environments.
- Containerize workloads with Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes clusters, optimizing performance and resilience.
- Implement security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and vulnerability scanning, to meet Secret‑level clearance requirements.
- Collaborate with software, security, and operations teams to troubleshoot incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in a high‑security or defense environment.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, with experience automating complex workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and secure coding practices.
