As a Sentinel Model-Based Requirements Integration and Architecture Systems Engineering Manager, you will lead the integration and architecture of model-based requirements for complex systems engineering projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing model-based requirements engineering processes and tools to support the development of complex systems. This includes developing and maintaining the architecture of the model-based requirements integration system, as well as leading a team of engineers to implement and integrate the system. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the system meets the requirements of the project and is aligned with the company's overall systems engineering strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS, as well as a strong understanding of machine learning and systems engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement model-based requirements engineering processes and tools to support the development of complex systems.
• Lead a team of engineers to implement and integrate the model-based requirements integration system.
• Develop and maintain the architecture of the model-based requirements integration system.
• Ensure that the system meets the requirements of the project and is aligned with the company's overall systems engineering strategy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and requirements engineering.
• Experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and systems engineering principles.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
