About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium and JavaScript/Python.
- Execute comprehensive manual test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high quality releases.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, monitor results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior testers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
- Analyze test metrics, report on coverage and defect trends, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, JavaScript, and Python for test automation.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and test management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a passion for continuous improvement.
