Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, high‑performance frontend platform using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS‑in‑JS solutions, driving innovation in component architecture, accessibility, and automated testing.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop reusable, high‑quality React components and Web Components that serve across multiple products.
- Implement performance‑first solutions, including code‑splitting, lazy loading, and critical‑path optimization.
- Champion accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and cross‑browser compatibility, ensuring inclusive user experiences.
- Define and enforce coding standards, unit and integration testing (Jest, Cypress), and continuous integration pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of CSS‑in‑JS (styled‑components, emotion) and modern styling techniques.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining large‑scale component libraries.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
