Key Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and validate system requirements for W93/Mk7 platforms using model‑based systems engineering techniques.
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation, traceability matrices, and verification plans to ensure compliance with mission objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional R&D teams, including software, hardware, and test engineers, to translate requirements into actionable designs.
- Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and trade studies, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.
Requirements
- Active DoD‑level security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) with eligibility for SCI.
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and requirements development for defense or aerospace programs.
- Proficiency with model‑based systems engineering tools (e.g., SysML, MagicDraw) and strong C++ programming skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
