About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware and software components, ensuring alignment with product requirements and safety standards.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to accelerate validation cycles and improve defect detection.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, manufacturing, and security—to define quality metrics and resolve issues early in the product life cycle.
- Lead root‑cause analysis of failures, driving corrective actions and process improvements.
- Document test procedures, results, and quality reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product quality assurance within complex engineering environments.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Python) and test management systems.
- Strong understanding of requirements analysis, traceability, and documentation practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
