About the role
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the accounting infrastructure that underpins global money‑movement services.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance and finance teams to design scalable, secure APIs and data pipelines.
Prioritize features and enhancements using data analytics, customer feedback, and market research while balancing regulatory requirements.
Lead cross‑functional Agile squads, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and continuous improvement.
Own KPI tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in FinTech or payments, with a proven track record of shipping complex backend services.
Deep understanding of accounting systems, transaction processing, and API design.
Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data insights into product decisions.
Experience leading Agile teams and influencing stakeholders across engineering, compliance, and finance.
Hands‑on familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and modern data infrastructure.
