About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end missile system integration, coordinating hardware, software, and firmware components.
- Develop and maintain simulation models in MATLAB and Python to validate system performance under diverse operational scenarios.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to rigorous security and quality standards.
- Conduct system verification, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis to resolve integration issues.
- Document design decisions, test procedures, and integration results for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Senior or Principal level experience in systems engineering for missile or aerospace platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and MATLAB for development and simulation.
- Strong background in systems integration, test & verification, and troubleshooting.
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
