Lead the design and launch of consumer‑facing AI agent experiences for senior care, driving end‑to‑end product strategy, rapid prototyping, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver intelligent, agent‑orchestrated solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic experiences that help families find senior care solutions.
- Prototype and iterate on AI agents using Claude Code, OpenAI, and other agentic tools, turning concepts into working experiments.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high‑impact features and measure success.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops, gather user feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Champion a data‑driven approach, defining metrics, running A/B tests, and iterating based on results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech or AI products.
- Hands‑on experience building or prototyping AI agents with tools like Claude Code or OpenAI.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for solving complex problems in the senior care space.
