Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning solutions for complex business problems.
- Lead end‑to‑end data engineering workflows, from data ingestion to feature engineering.
- Deploy models to production on AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda) ensuring reliability and performance.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering best practices in code quality and experimentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong background in Python.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and big data tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
