Senior Workday Functional Analyst responsible for leading Workday HCM implementations, optimizing HR processes, designing reports, and ensuring seamless data integration across multiple business units.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent, and Payroll.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support data‑driven decision making.
- Manage data loads, integrations, and interfaces between Workday and external systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, and act as the primary point of contact for Workday‑related issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Expertise in Workday reporting tools (Report Designer, Prism Analytics) and data integration methods (EIB, Studio, Web Services).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross‑functional projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
