Senior Workday Financials Developer leading end‑to‑end development, configuration, integrations, reporting and security for Workday Financials in a fully remote, highly technical environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday Financials solutions, including custom integrations using Workday Studio and Web Services.
- Build and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and security models to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate financial processes into technical specifications and troubleshoot production issues.
- Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and documentation for all Workday development artifacts.
- Implement and manage ETL processes, SQL queries, and data validation to support financial reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday Financials, including configuration, integration, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and Workday Report Writer.
- Strong SQL and ETL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Experience with Workday security models and role‑based access controls.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
