Software Engineer
Senior Workday Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations and extensions, leveraging Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, and related technologies to support HR and finance processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Integration Cloud.
- Create and optimize custom Workday reports, calculated fields, and business processes.
- Implement data transformations with XSLT and manage SOAP/REST API communications.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless system integration.
- Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and performance tuning of Workday solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, and Workday Report Writer.
- Hands‑on experience with XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, and SQL for data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of HRIS processes, payroll, and finance data flows.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
