About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Workday Student Core for higher‑education institutions.
- Configure business processes, security, and data structures to meet client requirements.
- Design and develop integrations between Workday and external systems (e.g., SIS, finance, LMS).
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support student lifecycle management.
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and act as a technical subject‑matter expert.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday Student Core or related HRIS modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, security, and integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
- Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and deliver high‑quality documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience working remotely.
- Relevant Workday certification(s) preferred.
