About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject‑matter expert for Workday Security and Data, collaborating with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement enhancements.
- Own and maintain security roles, permissions, and data access controls across the Workday platform.
- Analyze and optimize HR business processes, translating requirements into Workday configuration changes.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for security and data issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Document configuration changes, security policies, and data governance procedures for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workday, with deep knowledge of Security and Data modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with configuration management, change control, and documentation in a global environment.
