Senior Workday Analyst driving the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday and related HRIS solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, data integrity, and alignment with strategic People operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday modules to support HR processes.
- Design and manage integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring data flow accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain the HRIS technology roadmap, aligning solutions with business strategy and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, conduct testing, and deliver user training.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on Workday experience, including configuration and architecture.
- Strong understanding of HRIS concepts, data management, and integration patterns.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with related HR technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
