About the role
The Senior Workday Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the organization’s Workday platform, translating business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday configuration and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR and finance stakeholders.
- Conduct data quality reviews, reconcile Workday data with external systems, and implement data governance best practices.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end users, creating documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering and configuring Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation across Workday and external databases.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Workday Studio.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
