Lead the design and governance of enterprise‑wide Workato integration solutions, driving high‑performance batch recipes that connect Reltio MDM with systems such as Salesforce, SAP and Snowflake.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern the global Workato integration strategy, including recipe architecture, security standards, and lifecycle management.
- Design, build, and optimize high‑throughput batch recipes that synchronize data between Reltio MDM and core platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake).
- Collaborate with data, security, and application teams to ensure seamless orchestration and compliance across the integration hub.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration engineers, reviewing code, troubleshooting complex issues, and establishing best practices.
- Monitor performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement enhancements to maintain low latency and high reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Workato (or comparable iPaaS) and Reltio Integration Hub.
- Strong background integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Snowflake, with a focus on batch processing patterns.
- Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and data governance.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure integration architectures and to lead technical teams in a remote environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
