Software Engineer
Lead design and development of advanced wireless subsystems, driving performance and reliability across Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, LTE, and 5G stacks on embedded Linux platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high‑performance wireless firmware for Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, LTE, and 5G modules on embedded Linux.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize RF performance, power consumption, and thermal characteristics.
- Develop and maintain rigorous test frameworks, including unit, integration, and field‑test automation.
- Analyze and resolve complex performance and reliability issues, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best‑practice documentation and coding standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in embedded wireless software development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with Linux kernel and user‑space networking stacks.
- Deep knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, LTE, and 5G protocols and RF design principles.
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of troubleshooting and optimizing wireless performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
