Senior analyst responsible for designing, maintaining, and evaluating AI‑enhanced data ecosystems to support high‑volume well‑being research, integrating statistical methods, data pipelines, and visual analytics for evidence‑based decision making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable databases and data pipelines that support large‑scale well‑being and health outcomes research.
- Implement AI‑assisted data cleaning, integration, and transformation processes using Python and SQL.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and machine‑learning modeling to evaluate program effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings to researchers, clinicians, and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, ensure data quality, and support methodological rigor in applied research projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health) with 3+ years of experience in data analysis and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical software (R, SAS, or Stata) for data manipulation and modeling.
- Experience building and managing cloud‑based data environments (AWS, Azure) and implementing machine‑learning workflows.
- Strong ability to translate complex analytical results into clear visual reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaborative skills in a fast‑paced research setting.
