About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end design of responsive websites and marketing landing pages, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate business goals into high‑performing user experiences.
- Develop interactive prototypes and UI specifications using Figma or Adobe XD, and hand off assets for implementation.
- Implement front‑end markup (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create pixel‑perfect, performance‑optimized pages.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze conversion metrics, and iterate designs to improve click‑through and sign‑up rates.
- Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure scalability across multiple campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio of responsive, conversion‑focused projects.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for creating interactive, cross‑browser compatible layouts.
- Expertise with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD and a solid understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize designs for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Experience running A/B tests and using analytics to drive design decisions.
