About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end web analytics implementation, including tag management, event tracking, and data layer design.
- Analyze user behavior across web and mobile channels to identify friction points and recommend optimization strategies.
- Develop and present actionable dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align analytics insights with business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to validate CX improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web analytics and customer experience consulting.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization expertise.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
