Senior engineer providing technical leadership for water and wastewater transmission, distribution, and treatment projects, including system design, hydraulic analysis, and master planning using tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of water transmission, distribution, and pumping systems for municipal and industrial projects.
- Develop and evaluate treatment plant upgrades, rehabilitation plans, and expansion concepts.
- Perform hydraulic and water quality modeling using software such as EPANET, HEC‑RAS, or similar tools.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications in AutoCAD and integrate spatial data with GIS.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design and project delivery.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, AutoCAD, and GIS applications.
- Strong understanding of treatment processes, conveyance design, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
