QA Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of warehouse automation systems, integrating robotics, PLCs, and software tools to improve safety, scalability, and cost efficiency in a fast‑growing e‑commerce environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated material handling solutions, including robotic workcells, conveyor systems, and sortation equipment.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs and control hardware to ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations.
- Integrate software platforms (e.g., Python scripts, SCADA/HMI) with hardware to enable real‑time monitoring and data‑driven optimization.
- Collaborate with operations, safety, and IT teams to define automation roadmaps that scale with business growth.
- Lead commissioning, testing, and documentation of new systems while providing ongoing support and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field with 5+ years of experience in warehouse or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent) and hands‑on experience with robotics integration.
- Strong software skills, particularly Python, for scripting, data analysis, and system integration.
- Experience with SCADA/HMI platforms and networking of control devices (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems, work cross‑functionally, and drive projects from concept to production.
