Executive leader to drive the design, scaling, and security of a B2B SaaS platform, overseeing product management and engineering while integrating data infrastructure and AI capabilities to accelerate enterprise growth.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long‑term platform strategy, aligning product and engineering roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in building, scaling, and securing a multi‑tenant SaaS architecture on cloud infrastructure.
- Champion data infrastructure initiatives, ensuring reliable pipelines, storage, and analytics for downstream applications.
- Integrate emerging AI technologies into the platform to enable intelligent services and enhance customer value.
- Establish engineering best practices, governance, and performance metrics to drive high‑quality delivery.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to translate platform capabilities into revenue‑generating opportunities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership of large‑scale SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of architecting cloud‑native, secure, and highly available platforms supporting enterprise customers.
- Deep expertise in data infrastructure, API design, and AI/ML integration within product ecosystems.
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Experience scaling engineering organizations and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
