About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver scalable full‑stack applications for the AI Hub platform serving multiple global business units.
- Integrate machine‑learning models and AI services into core workflows, enabling automation and data‑driven decision making.
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams, mentor senior developers, and establish best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and senior stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise architecture, compliance, and scalability standards.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) and modern front‑end frameworks (React) to ensure high availability and rapid iteration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python, Node.js, and React.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, high‑performance full‑stack systems in cloud environments (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in integrating Machine Learning/AI models into production applications.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
