Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI vision, aligning technology strategy with business objectives across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing AI engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end AI pipelines, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into core offerings.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards while driving measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical solutions into strategic value.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills.
