UI UX Designer
Senior UX/UI Designer leading end‑to‑end product experiences, creating intuitive interfaces and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD, while conducting user research and delivering responsive prototypes for a business‑software platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user‑centered experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept through delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Create high‑fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all product lines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts to translate requirements into intuitive, responsive interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and champion best practices in UX/UI across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design processes, design systems, and responsive design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to cross‑functional teams.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback.
