Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for creating intuitive, high‑impact digital experiences using Figma, Adobe XD, and interaction design principles to drive user‑centric solutions across web and mobile platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of web and mobile applications, from research and wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate business goals into user‑focused design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
- Advocate for best practices in accessibility, responsive design, and interaction patterns across the digital portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in industrial or enterprise technology environments.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar, and strong visual communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, synthesize findings, and apply insights to design improvements.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and front‑end implementation basics (HTML/CSS).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
