Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for creating intuitive, high‑impact interfaces for AI‑driven internal tools, leveraging Figma, interaction design, and rapid prototyping to enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of AI‑powered internal applications, from concept through high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex AI workflows into clear, user‑friendly interfaces.
- Develop and maintain design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across multiple tools and platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Produce interactive prototypes that communicate interaction patterns, micro‑interactions, and AI feedback loops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably with enterprise or internal‑tool products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, interface design, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and ability to design intuitive experiences around AI outputs and controls.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advocate for user‑centered design in cross‑functional teams.
