About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant, accessible interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, user‑centric solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools; experience with design system implementation.
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present concepts and defend design choices to cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with engineering teams.
