About the role :
As a Senior Product Designer within our Loyalty UX Team, you'll be at the forefront of Target's evolving digital experience, helping shape the future of our next-generation loyalty ecosystem. You'll design experiences that make loyalty more rewarding, personalized, and seamlessly integrated into every shopping journey across digital and in-store touchpoints.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and cross-functional business partners , you'll define and deliver end-to-end experiences spanning membership, rewards, personalization, and member engagement. You'll translate complex business strategy into simple, intuitive experiences that deepen guest relationships and drive long-term loyalty. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys solving complex, interconnected product challenges and designing experiences that span multiple touchpoints across the guest journey.
You’ll use tried and true design methodologies such as human centered design thinking to understand guest needs, balance business ideas, deliver best-in-class design from concept to execution, while championing cross-functional experimentation.
