Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to extract and transform large healthcare datasets.
Build and automate interactive Tableau dashboards that track utilization metrics, cost drivers, and performance indicators.
Apply predictive modeling techniques in Python to forecast utilization trends and identify high‑risk patient segments.
Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operations teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
Document data sources, assumptions, and analytical methodologies to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analysis within healthcare or related industries.
Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scikit‑learn), and Tableau.
Strong statistical background with experience in predictive modeling and hypothesis testing.
Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare utilization concepts and reimbursement frameworks is a plus.
