About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement core game systems and architecture in Unity for narrative‑driven RPG titles.
- Lead technical direction, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability across PC and console platforms.
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and QA to deliver polished, on‑time releases.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement of pipelines, tooling, and build processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional Unity game development experience, with a proven track record of shipping titles at a senior level.
- Expertise in C#, Unity engine, and game architecture for PC/console.
- Strong leadership skills, experience managing or mentoring small engineering teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with agile workflows, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
