About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the visual design language and UX strategy across web and mobile products.
- Create comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for both guest and member experiences.
- Develop high‑fidelity mockups and design system components that ensure consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
- Champion accessibility and usability standards, conducting audits and implementing inclusive design solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer‑facing web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Deep understanding of user flow design, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization.
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
