About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle from research to high‑fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user‑friendly experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across products.
- Mentor junior designers and champion best practices in UI/UX across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design, interaction patterns, and visual design excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts to cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and iterative design processes.
