About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design engaging web and mobile interfaces, translating creative ideas into high‑fidelity mockups and wireframes.
- Maintain and evolve comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with front‑end developers to guarantee seamless implementation and adherence to ADA compliance standards.
- Lead client workshops, presenting design concepts, gathering feedback, and iterating to meet business goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in real estate or related verticals.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ADA), and front‑end development fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end design projects and problem‑solving approach.
