Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of advanced RPA and agentic AI solutions, leveraging UiPath, Python, Java, and OpenAI to deliver production‑grade automation and intelligent agents.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end UiPath RPA workflows and agentic AI applications.
- Integrate OpenAI models and custom AI agents into business processes using spec‑driven development practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through rigorous testing, CI/CD pipelines, and best engineering practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on RPA and AI integration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on development experience, with at least 5 years in UiPath RPA.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with a solid understanding of modern software engineering principles.
- Proven track record building production‑quality agentic AI solutions outside the UiPath platform.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LLM fine‑tuning, and AI agent frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
