Training Specialist
As a Senior Training Specialist, you will be responsible for owning, designing, and delivering high-quality training programs for Tide's operational sites. This role involves conducting various training sessions, developing educational materials, and assessing training effectiveness to enhance employee skills and knowledge within Member Operations teams, particularly in FinTech-related areas.
As a Trainer, you will own elements of Tide training and report directly to the Training Team Lead/Manager. You will also identify, prepare, develop and deliver high-quality training via our LMS platform and face-to-face across all of Tide’s operational sites. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance, Complaints and Operation teams to identify gaps and implement training sessions to address them.

We are looking for a Trainer to help employees expand their knowledge and skills. You will support various Member Operations teams in delivering general system, policy and process training, facilitating the onboarding of new joiners into the teams and creating training content to boost the understanding of all employees across Member Operations.
Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge about FinTech. Organisational skills, work ethics and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.
